The 54th Annual Tri State Wrestling Tournament
December 19-20, 2025
The top 28 teams from 2024-25 season are eligible to bring a full team. Those teams must notify NIC Wrestling if they plan to attend with their full or partial team by October 1, 2025.

Entrance Gate: Participants and coaches will check in at the gate. Each team will be given a pass for every wrestler in the tournament. Teams with 7 or less entries will get 3 additional coach passes. Teams with 8-15 wrestlers will get 5 coach passes.
Entry Fee: $500 for full team (15 wrestlers). $300.00 for partial team (7 or less). You may put up to two wrestlers in a weight class and a team will be limited to 15 scorers. Late fee of an additional $100 if payment is received after Dec. 9, 2025. Weigh-in order will go in order that payment is received. We will accept PO from your school to avoid a late fee if needed. Weigh-ins: Skin checks will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday with weigh-ins to follow. Idaho High School weights will be used. Wrestlers will have to make weight Friday night after the quarterfinals. Wrestlers will have until 1 hour after the last match is completed. TEAMS MUST USE THE OFFICIAL TRACKWRESTLING FORM.
Team Passes: Full teams will receive 5 additional passes with their contestant passes. Partial teams will receive 3 additional passes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Coaches Meeting: Friday, Dec. 19 at 9 a.m. in Christianson Gymnasium. .
Hospitality Room: Coaches and officials only, please. Coach wristbands will be required to enter.
Wrestling Schedule: Friday, December 19
Skin check: 7:30 a.m.
Weigh-in: 8:00 a.m.
Wrestling begins: 10:00 a.m.
Quarterfinals: 5:30 p.m.
Weigh-in: After quarterfinals
Saturday, December 20
Wrestling begins: 9:00 a.m.
Semifinals: 10:15 p.m.
Placing/finals: 3:00 p.m.
Awards: Top eight in each weight class. Please show up to the award stand in full team uniform.
Line-ups/Seeding: Final rosters must be entered on Trackwrestling by 7 p.m. on Dec. 17. Changes in weight after this time will result in wrestler not being seeded. If you are having problems with Trackwrestling contact Todd Slatter at todd.slatter@mead354.org
Admission Price: Adults: all-tournament pass is $25, Friday or Saturday only is $15, finals only is $10.
Seniors and Students: $20 for an all-tournament pass.
