Bio

Jessica Saugen begins her first year as assistant volleyball coach at North Idaho College. Saugen graduated from Nine Mile Falls High School where she played volleyball and was selected Northeast "A" League MVP as a senior. She went on to play volleyball at Spokane Falls Community College where she was NWAC East Region MVP as a freshman in 2015. Saugen transfered to Whitworth University and was selected Northwest Conference Volleyball Player of the Year and All-American Honorable Mention as a senior. 

After graduating from Whitworth with a bachelor's degree, she stayed at Whitworth and pursued her Master's Degree in Administrative Nonprofit Leadership. She was hired on as the assistant volleyball coach at Whitworth and remained there for three years before accepting the position at North Idaho College.
