"Our record this weekend was not indicative of the level of volleyball we played at," NIC coach Drew Pascua said. "We were outsized in every match, so we were still working through lineups that provide the best matchups for us. The girls are adapting very well to the pace of play in the NJCAA. They played with grit, heart, and we told them to be proud of the progress we have made in just a few short weeks."
NIC returns to action against the Carroll JV on Friday in Helena, Mont.
