COEUR d'ALENE — Sophomore Ali Ellsworth scored on an assist from freshman Tiana Greigo in the 82nd minute for the Cardinals in a Scenic West Athletic Conference win over the Lizards of Reno, Nev., at Eisenwinter Field.
