Cardinal men's B takes second at Warrior invite

LEWISTON — Florian Riedel, a freshman from Norderstedt, Germany, shot a 212 to finish tied for third for the North Idaho College (B) team, which finished runner-up in the Warrior Spring Invitational on Tuesday at Lewiston Golf and Country Club. 

The Cardinal 'B' team finished with a three-round total of 299-283-301—883. The North Idaho 'A' team shot a 287-305-301—893 to finish fifth in the eight-team tournament. 

Spokane Colleges freshman Seth Swallows, the former St. Maries High star, finished 20th with a 75-73-78—226. 

The North Idaho College men's golf team returns to action at the Chambers Bay Invitational starting next Monday.
